[AN] This means that for motivators to work, the hygiene factors must be prioritized first as their absence may incur displeasure of workers but provide no motivation. On the other hand, the motivators may work to encourage employees if they are not dissatisfied previously. [AN+] Furthermore, the the presence of hygiene factors may be taken for granted. Therefore, it is essential that motivators should be placed under the principles of job enrichment in order to increase the tasks that require skills and challenges, only then workers may be prepared to work willingly and give in their full potential.
