(Kn) capital intensive (an) some business can be capital intensive businesses, using machines which are likely to provide good quality (an+) Hence even though there’s less labor, but still good quality products or service.
(Kn) seasonal workers (an) some businesses require more workers at certain times, or seasons, and less at some therefore not all workers are present at all times (an+) Hence the measurement can be insufficient.

[AN] A business might be producing in large quantities but it may not require a large number of workers
[AN+] Hence it will not be the best way to calculate a business's size

[KN] productive capacity
[AN] There may be a large pool of redundant or unskilled workers who may not work
[AN+] Hence, there will be a waste of resources and the size may appear more extensive than the output the business produces.

(KN) Limited Reflection of Complexity
(AN) The number of employees may not reflect the complexity or scope of a business as a technological company with a small team of highly skilled engineers may have a greater impact and reach than a larger company with a high number of administrative staff.
(AN+) Therefore, the number of employees can't be a good approach to measure business size due to variation in technological advancements.

(KN) Productivity Variation
(AN) a business that comprises of less workers but has increased amount of productivity is surely better than a business with more workers and less productivity,
(AN+) hence can be said, that the number of employees can't be a good approach to measure business size due to variation in productivity of businesses.

The answer is not entirely wrong and can be made into a perfect answer. Let me show you the improved version i worked upon.

[AN+]A small team with advanced technology can accomplish tasks that would have required a larger workforce in the past.

[KN]Seasonal or Project-Based Work
[AN]industries like agriculture, retail, or construction, may have fluctuating employee numbers due to seasonal demands or specific project-based work.

[KN]some business may be more capital intensive (more machines, less/no labour)
[AN]machines may be more in size compared to labour
[AN+]thus it would negatively impact the calculation, either overstating or understating the size

[KN]efficiency and productivity x no.of employees
[AN]e.g, while no. of employees are high, productivity, efficiency or output could fall(or the opposite way around)
[AN+]this could cause overstate in a business size, showing it big, and dominant, while it is failing in sales, creation of brand image, customer loyalty, etc.
