[KN] Limited creativity and innovation, as their feedbacks are not welcomed[an] since there is no input asked from the employees, the same way of thinking of the leader would be used with no new introduction [an] this would create a sense of boredom hence reducing morale

[AN]as feedback is not welcomed under an autocratic leader, unique perspectives and innovative ideas are not looked over

(an+) which might cause them to leave the organisation and hence increase employee turnover
