[an]the individual may percieve less as less commited or engaged inthe company activity which can effec their career advancement and growth
[an+] thus high chances that company miss employee information which might be important for company


[kn] in case of higher demand of employees by competitive firms ,they may seek for additional amount at a start of a peak season
[an] this will increase the labor cost of the emploee and also increase in cost of production bcz of which business might fluctuate its prices in order to cover the cost

[AN+] this would result in products that dont meet firm requirements or customer requirements

[AN] will not work which was planned so disturb the production process
[AN+] increase lack of teamwork and coordination

[AN+] which will waste the hard work of other employee as the sales target were on the right position but the cost was higher which will demotivate them
