[kn] t follows organizational hierarchy and official channel and also follows a set structure and format
[an] it is documented in written form such ad email and memos and also include formal meeting and presentation , use professional language and follows rules and guidelines
[kn] occur spontaneously and does not follow organizational hierarchy
[an] it relies on spoke words and conversation and verbal conversation , their language often reflect to culture of the group of people or an individual

[Kn]Formal communication is defined as the communication which takes place through formal/ official routes and channels.On the other hand, informal communication is defined as the communication which takes place unofficially between two or more people.
[An]Formal communication have rules and regulation however in informal there are no rigid rules employees can communicate easily without any hessitation

[Kn]The main aim of formal communication is to fulfill organizational objectives however The main aim of informal communication is to meet personal interests and needs.

[AN] Formal communication in organizations follows specific rules and ways of doing things, keeping everything organized and in order within the different levels of the organization. While in informal communication It happens naturally and doesn't have set rules, allowing information to be shared in a relaxed and easygoing way.

[AN] Keeps a serious and controlled style, concentrating on giving information in a straightforward and clear way. While in informal You can be chill and casual, using everyday words and adding your own personal touch to make it friendly

[KN] formal communication is done in professional life while informal communication is done between friends or colleagues
[AN] legal action can be taken in formal communication while in informal it cant

[KN]Formal communication uses mediums like meetings, whereas informal communication occurs through social interactions
[AN]Formal communication ensures clarity in official matters, while informal communication helps build relationships.

[KN] Informal communication is when information is sent casually using everyday language
[AN] It also does not use professional channel of communication eg, chatting with friends during break

[KN] Formal communication is when message is sent through established channel of communication and uses professional language
[AN] It uses emails, memos or have official meeting to pass on important informtion
