[Def] Businesses that offer services of recruiting applicants for vacant posts.
[KN] Reduces long term costs of having a HR department. [AN] This means that the HR may not need to provide its services the whole year and may only need to recruit once in awhile. This means that the HR staff may need to be paid even when they are not working. [AN+] For this reason, businesses prefer recruitment agencies as they do not incur costs in the long run for the business as their services may be available at times of need.

[KN] Reduced time taken to recruit. [AN] This is because the recruitment agencies have greater knowledge of markets as they have businesses and skilled workers registered. [AN+] Therefore, the process may become easier than using an HR department of business to perform the same tasks as it may take more time due to not being experts like the recruitment agencies who can recommend the right people for the right job.

DEF: Businesses tha offer services and help both employer and individuals in finding employees and jobs.
KN: Helps in reducing costs of HR department as less salaries payed
AN: In this way business can stay more cost efficient

KN: More professional recruitment done
AN: In this way right employees find right job and right employer finds right employee which helps in reducing labour turnover

def: Recruitment agencies are hired by businesses and organisations to find suitable employees
[KN]businesses prefer hiring recruitment agencies to cut costs
[AN] Business wont have to pay advertisement fee as well as salaries to HR department so will be more cost efficient in short term and also long term benefit as recruitment agency will be aware of company requirements of hiring
[KN] Recruitment agency as access to a wider pool of potential employees
[AN] recruitment agency will find the most suitable employees and save time of shortlisting for the business

[AN]It doesn't make sense for small business to have hr department as they have to hire less number of employees therefore outsourcing it reduces cost.

[DEF] Recruitment agencies are the businesses which assists other businesses by finding and help hiring the best potential employees to
the business
[KN] reduces costs for the business which has less employment rate
[AN] smaller businesses usually don't require HR department because rather than paying paying salaries to the HR department it
is less costly to hire a Recruitment agencies
[KN] time saving for all types of businesses
[AN] this method is time efficient as if you hire the employees on your own you have to first advertise your vacancy then take the
interviews which is very time consuming
