[KN] Feedback is slow
[AN] Perhaps feedback was not asked for clearly or the channel used might not allow feedback
[AN+] An alternative medium should be used that allows feedback and is efficient

[KN] Feedback is not relative
[AN] The feedback may had been passed through many people with their opinions before reaching the original sender
[AN+] In this case a direct lines communication must be developed between sender and receiver to make feedback effective

[KN] Vague or Incomplete Feedback
[AN] feedback doesn't say much, and it's hard to understand what's good or needs fixing.
[AN+] When giving feedback, be specific and explain things with examples. This helps the person understand better and know what to do
:ugeek:
[KN] Negative Tone in Feedback
[AN] Feedback that sounds mean or too critical can make people feel bad and not want to improve.
[AN+] Give feedback in a nice way. Say good things too, and focus on helping the person get better instead of just pointing out mistakes. This makes it easier for them to listen and learn.
