[KN]Due to higher costs of the business.
[APP]For example, a retail store might incur significant expenses on rent, employee salaries, and marketing campaigns, even with high sales figures. These costs could deplete the business's cash reserves, making it difficult to cover immediate obligations.
[AN] Hence leading towards difficulties in paying suppliers or maintaining sufficient inventory, which could strain relationships and hinder operational efficiency.

[KN] The business has high costs and increased expenses which may create cash flow problems
[APP] the business may spend heavily on advertising campaigns to boost sales, but if these expenses exceed the revenue earned in the short term it will creates difficulty for the business to cover day-to-day expenses like wages or rent.
[AN] This means that despite strong sales the business may be required to take out loans increasing the liability of the business putting it at financial risk.

a business with high sales revenue might have cash problems if they don't recieve there payments on time
for example if sales are made on credit, and customers take weeks to pay, making business short on cash
this makes business struggle with its day to day expenses, this could also give a false cash flow reports making the business have liquidity problems which would eventually lead then to take short loans from the business

KN: The cost of making those sales and the goods also increases along with sales revenue.
For instance, a business increases sales through marketing which has advertising costs or through improving quality of their products which also increases average costs. Sometimes this cost is more than the revenue earned, or sometimes the customers have not paid yet so the business does not have money on time to pay off the expenses.
AN: this causes cashflow problems die to which the businesses are not able to continue the high level of production for a longer time period in most cases, due to which they loose customers, decreasing sales and revenue which leads towards lesser profit margins earned, causing financial problems again.

(KN)
High sales revenue means a business is earning a lot from selling goods or services but it does not always mean it has enough cash available.
(APP)
For example a furniture company may sell many products but allow customers to pay after a few months on credit.
(AN)
This means money takes time to come in while the business still has to pay wages ,rent and suppliers on time causing a shortage of cash even when sales are high.
If the business cannot manage this properly it might struggle to pay bills or even face short term debts despite having strong sales figures.

(KN) Higher value of sales or higher revenue doesn't always mean high availability of cash.
(APP) For example, Business A earns a revenue of $50,000, most of which is paid to it by customers in cash, whereas Business B earns a revenue of $70,000, most of which is bought be customers on credit.
(AN) This means that although Business A's revenue is less than that of Business B, it has more amount of cash in hand as most of its customers bought from it on cash, unlike Business B, which may face a cash flow problem as most of its customers bought on credit and it doesn't have a lot of cash readily available to pay for unexpected increase in costs or paying the supplier. This would lead to bad relations with the suppliers, leading Business B to look for alternatives, putting quality at risk.

[KN]Even when a business generates a large amount of revenue it struggle with cash flow because not all income is received immediately or covers the expenses at the same time.
[APP]For instance, a clothing retailer might spend a lot on rent, staff wages and stocking new collections to maintain its sales.
[AN]This can lead to high operating costs which means the firm may spend more money than it receives at that time which causing cash shortages which makes it harder to pay bills and wages on time which can affect daily operations hence reduce trust from suppliers and employees.

[KN]Sales/revenue doesn't include the cash available in the business and the business might be low on cash even if it has a high revenue.
[APP]For example a customer decides to pay from a method other than cash,it might reduce the cash flow.
[AN]This might reduce the cash book balance of the business which might worsen it's financial position and the business might fall behind it's competitors.

[KN]: A business with high sales revenue might have cash flow problems because the business might be spending more than it receives.
[APP]: For example, a restaurant might be spending a lot on its rent, electricity bills, staff wages and additional features to enhance the ambience of the restaurant and to grab more customers attention.
[AN]: Thus, this can lead to high operating cost which can further lead the business to go in debt which would make it harder for the business to manage it's finance leading to the failure of business.

[KN] Sales revenue is the total amount of money a business earns from selling its goods or services.
[APP] For example, a company may have strong sales figures but also face very high production and marketing costs.
[AN] This can lead to more cash going out than coming in each month, create difficulty in paying short-term expenses like wages or rent and result in cash flow problems despite high overall revenue.

kn:Sales revenue is the total income a business earns from selling goods or services, but high revenue does not always mean good cash flow.
app:A business might have high sales revenue but still face cash flow problems if its costs are very high or if customers take a long time to pay. For example, the business could be spending large amounts on rent, wages, or materials before receiving money from sales.
an:This means the business could run short of cash to pay daily expenses, and may need short-term finance even while appearing successful in terms of sales.
