[KN] Recruitment and Staffing for HRM can be a way as it attracts, selects, and hire's the right candidates for job openings.
[APP]for instance a hospital, when they will hire right doctors and staff members their will be less turnovers as well as will be in lined the hospitals ambiance.
[AN]thus this would increase the morale of the team members by hiring good employees reducing absenteeism and rework lowering running cost and smother shift wgicg would lead the employees to follow the protocols and make less errors this would create recurring patients.
[AN+]thus due to good recruitment it would protect both finances and objectives also due to such efficiency it would increase the brand image of the hospital.

[KN] training and development moreover is also a way for HRM as teaching staff new skills and updating procedures would develop employees current and future roles.
[APP] for instance an hospital giving clinical training, patient care workshops and leadership programs for nurses and junior doctors so that the standard stays high and their is some staff progress.
[AN]thus this would give the employees manners and patience with proper way of handling and talking to patients and taking care of them, leading to less bottle necks as well as well trained staff can cover more of the patients as well as less errors and mistakes.
[AN+] good quality training also leads to innovation like new treatments for such patients who are not getting well just from medicines this would help the hospital to stay updated and will help in full filling long term objectives.

KN: They can help a business to achieve it's objectives through efficient recruitment and staffing as HRM is responsible for hiring the right people for the job.
APP: For example, the HRM of a clothing brand should be hiring good sales men if the objective set by the directors is to increase profit by 20%.
AN: So if they hire people who will be able to identify the customers taste and then caox them into buying something, their customer base and sales will both increase, which will improve their brand image and therefore they will be able to charge higher prices per piece.
AN+: This will increase their revenue and thus, profit will increase too by default.
KN2: HRM can also contribute by keeping a check on the performance of the employees by setting up systems to improve it, often involving performance appraisals and feedback.
APP: For example, at the clothing retail shop the HRM should be noticing the employees' performance and try to introduce training programs to improve it. Through this, they can also filter out the free riders (the employees who are not performing well)
AN: If they don't do this then the quality of the overall work will detoriate. Due to this the work of the hard workers will not be recognized causing demotivation among them and they may decide to leave the firm. This will result in high labour turnover and the business will have to bear increased costs of hiring and training people again and again for the same job. Also they will not be able to retain the culture of the business.
AN+: Thus, the business will be able to achieve it's objectives if the HRM is serious about supervising the employees and they will also be able to avoid the extra costs and damaged brand reputation.

[kn] One way HRM can help achieve business objectives is through effective recruitment and selection.
[app] For example, hiring skilled sales staff in a retail company can directly boost revenue targets.
[an] The right employees improve efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and increase productivity — all supporting growth and profit goals.
[an+] In the long term, strong recruitment reduces turnover, saves hiring costs, and builds a reliable workforce that maintains consistent performance.

[kn] Another way is by providing training and development for workers.
[app] A hotel that trains staff in customer service can improve guest experience and brand reputation.
[an] Better-trained employees perform tasks more effectively, reduce errors, and stay motivated, helping the business meet long-term performance objectives.
[an+] Ongoing training also helps the firm adapt to market changes, maintain competitiveness, and encourage employee loyalty over time.

KN (Knowledge):
HRM is responsible for attracting, selecting, and hiring the right candidates for job openings. This ensures that the business has skilled and capable employees to meet its objectives.

Skilled and motivated staff contribute directly to achieving sales targets and providing good customer service, which are important objectives for the company.

AN+ (Further Analysis):
When the business hires the right people, it also improves its reputation because customers are served well. KN (Knowledge):
HRM provides training and development to help employees gain the skills and knowledge needed for their roles and supports their professional growth.

AN (Analysis):
Well-trained employees perform their tasks more accurately and efficiently, which reduces mistakes and improves overall work. Training also increases employee confidence and motivation, which helps them work harder and provide better service. Skilled employees are able to adapt to changes in the business, which is important if the company wants to expand or improve its services.

AN+ (Further Analysis):
Investing in training shows that the business values its employees, which makes them feel appreciated and loyal. Employees use their new skills to meet targets more effectively, supporting goals like higher profits. Over time, continuous development ensures that the workforce remains competitive and innovative, giving the company an advantage over competitors and helping it achieve long-term success.

(KN)The HRM is responsible for training and development of workers, who will help business achieve goals.

(AN+)This in turn will also allow the business to expand through means like advertising.
