[AN]: employees stay focused and work without rest.
[AN+]: creative people do not like to be supervised ,this could lack innovation in employees and sense of uncomfort.

[An] Working in teams helps employees to share the workload and results in higher efficiency and productivity for the workers.
[An+] Since all employees will be working together to carry out a task, there are going to be fewer chances of errors and other important work can be dealt with in time

[KN]Changes in working condition after worker consultation will have little or no effect on productivity.
[AN]Employee will feel part of the organization as they are being consulted.
[AN+] this will increase their loyalty and productivity as they will work harder.

working condition were changed to monitor the productivity.lightning and conditions were changed after every specific period, the employee was informed of the working changes and the changes were made after every 3 month.as a result change in working condition had no or little effect in the productivity
