(Kn) social needs consist of making a sense of belonging towards the organization.
(An) this could be achieved by having good communication to create strong bonds and working in teams with other colleagues.
(An+) this helps employee feel a part of organization which motivates employees to work harder and become efficient which benefits business with higher productivity levels.
(Kn) esteen needs consist of recognition in the organization and appraisal for their work.
(An) this could be achieved by giving employees posotive feedbacks and appraisal letter or employee of the month which would motivate the employees.
(An+) a high motivated employee wiuld stay loyal towards the organization and less chances of leaving it hence reduces business labour turnover.

Kn: Social needs are good relations b/w the employees and the managers…and their communication.
An: This can be done by assigning tasks within teams/groups.
An+: Leading to better relations within the organisation and a good working environment.

Kn:Esteme needs refer to acknowledgement by employer.
An:They can also be performed by giving workers more responsibilities and appreciation letters.
An+: This will motivate workers to work efficiently to get same treatment…which will motivate them
