[AN] Workload is equally divided among members which reduces time taken to produce one unit
[AN+] If one member is unable to complete or understand their task other members will be able to help

(An)it also helps workers to solve the problem faced by them in a company and so each individual put their full efforts in performing a task as they all have different skills.
(An+)therefore it will also result in increase in production level of the company/business.
