[AN]With fewer levels of management the information will be able to flow more smoothly b/w employees and upper authorities.
[AN+] Thus this will lead to less chances of confusion hence more clarity will be served.

[AN] Since limited people will need to be consulted about opinions, hence will save a chunk of time along with cost.
[AN+] Thus this will ensure increase in motivation of employees to work as they will feel valued, increasing overall productivity.
