[AN] when tasks are given and set to be done without any questions employees feel that their perspectives are being ignored and they don't truly have any say on what's better and what's worse.
[AN+] which makes them feel as if they don't matter demotivating them a leading to employee turnover

[AN] when an employee feels that a certain idea can be improved, he cannot mention it or talk about it which may lead to some of the greatest ideas staying behind the curtains
