[AN] This can lead to demotivation and discouragement to work.
[AN+] Thus may reduce efficiency and increase the employee turnover rate.

[KN] Limited creativity and innovation, as their feedbacks are not welcomed.
[AN] As a result alot of admirable opinions might be ignored hence questioning business growth in a dynamic market.
[AN+] Thus this can lead to a bumpy ride as feedback may have make the journey more smooth.

[AN]In an autocratic leadership style all the important decisions are taken by top management and employees are not asked for suggestions this makes them feel less valued which might demotivate them
[AN]Hence this can reduce their efficiency leading to poor customer service

[AN]When no feedbacks and ideas are welcomed, workers may not think about them any more.
[AN]As a result less new ideas, low competitiveness

[AN+] Demotivated workforce leading to less productivity and non-innovative output and business may never get new and unique ideas they can get from consulting their employees.
