[KN] Skilled labor is a scarce resource, and businesses may not always find enough qualified workers.
[APP] For example, a company may struggle to hire enough experienced programmers. Without them, it becomes harder to design new software features, fix technical bugs quickly, or keep up with customer demand for updates.
[AN] This affects the company because competition for scarce talent can increase wage costs. Projects may be delayed if there aren’t enough skilled workers, and overall business growth and competitiveness could suffer.
