KN: De-industrialisation occurs when employment and output decline
APP:For example,Many clothing companies in uk closed as production moved to countries like bangladesh where labour is cheaper
AN: This happens because globalisation makes it cheaper to produce in developing countries, reducing the role of secondary sector in developed countries.

[KN] Increased competition from abroad is a contributing factor.
[APP] For instance, US manufacturing firms have closed due to cheaper spice production in South Asia.
[AN] This leads to increased unemployment, potentially causing lower living standards and increased government expenditure on unemployment benefits.

[KN] One reason is that many manufacturing businesses relocate to countries with lower labor costs.

[APP] For example, clothing factories moving from the UK to Bangladesh where wages are cheaper.

[AN] This reduces secondary sector jobs in developed countries, leading to de-industrialization as industries shift abroad.

[KN]One reason for de-industrialisation in developed countries is that many manufacturing jobs have moved abroad to countries with cheaper labour.
[APP] For example, clothing factories that used to be in the UK have shifted production to countries like Bangladesh or china, where wages and costs are lower.
[AN]This reduces the number of secondary sector jobs in developed countries, as businesses find it cheaper to produce goods overseas.

[kn] this may be due to majority business relocating to countries with cheap labour
[app] as developed countries have higher labour costs business tend to relocate to countries such as india to get cheaper labour [an] this allows the business to reduce production costs , earn more revenue per unit further allowing them to reinvest into research and development

[KN]: De-industrialisation occurs tertiary sector grows faster than secondary(manufacturing) sector.
[APP]: For instance, More jobs become available in banking than in manufacturing.
[AN]: Thus, this leads to fewer people working in secondary sector which lowers the production level and causes factories to shut down which leads to customers demands not being fulfilled hence gap in market.

[KN] One reason for de-industrialisation in developed countries is the movement of manufacturing to lower-cost nations. [APP] Many firms relocate factories abroad where wages and production costs are cheaper. [AN] This makes it difficult for domestic industries to compete, leading to a decline in secondary sector jobs. As a result, developed countries shift more towards service-based economies, leaving fewer people employed in manufacturing.

KN: A reason for this is increased competition from foreign companies which offer lower prices.
APP: For Example companies in America and uk are closing due to availability of cheap and fast labour in asian countries.
AN: This results in a decline in manufacturing jobs and results in a shift of workers into teriary sectors and reduce global competitiveness.

KN = One reason for de-industrialisation in developed countries is the growth of the tertiary sector.

APP = For example, in the countries like:USA, demand for healthcare, education, tourism, and IT services has grown much faster than demand for manufacturing.

AN = As the demand for services grow, people from manufacturing sectors shifts towards tertiary sector, so causing the deindustrialization. Investors put more money into service industries like IT and banking, leaving less capital for manufacturing, which makes factories to close down. With better education systems, more skilled labour is available for professional services like finance and IT, so fewer people are willing to work in manufacturing. This reduces the secondary sector workforce and leads to de-industrialisation.

{KN}Automation and new technology machines replace human labour, reducing manufacturing jobs
{APP}For instance, in the US car industry, companies such as Ford and General Motors have introduced advanced robotics and automated assembly lines to build vehicles.
{AN}By using automation, firms can produce cars more efficiently, at lower cost, and with fewer errors. However, this also means fewer workers are needed on the production line, leading to significant job losses in manufacturing.

[KN] Due to high competition from imported product as they may be cheaper.
[APP] For example, cheaper manufactured goods from countries such as india and bangladesh make it difficult for domestic firms in developed nations to compete on price. This can force local suffer which can lead them to shutting down , leading to job losses and rising unemployment.
[AN] Therefore, high competition leads to de-industrialization as competition from imported goods decrease the demand of local goods, leading to high costs and low sales forcing businesses to close.

[KN]One reason for de-industrialization in developed countries is due to the rapid growth of the tertiary sector
[APP] For example more jobs with higher disposable income are in the tertiary sector such as banking which attracts people to work in this sector of industry
[AN]this means fewer workers are willing work in factories leading to a decline in the manufacturing sector. As more people shift to higher-paying service jobs thus resulting in an increase in the purchasing power

One reason for de-industrialisation is stronger competition from abroad. For example, many UK factories closed because goods could be produced more cheaply in Asia. This reduced demand for domestic manufacturing and shifted jobs away from the secondary sector.

(KN)
Factories in rich countries often close because it is cheaper to make things in poor countries.
(APP)
For example a UK toy company might move its factory to China where workers are paid less.
(AN)
This means fewer factory jobs in the UK and the secondary sector becomes smaller.
As a result the country may depend more on service but some people lose their jobs and this can hurt families.

(KN) Advanced countries' de-industrialisation is owing to some extent to greater foreign competition, wherein goods are produced at lower rates.
(APP) For instance, numerous UK factories have shut down since Asian nations like China are able to produce clothing and electronics more affordably.
(AN) This leads to a decline in domestic production, employment loss, and a shift of some labor to the service sector instead.
