(K)he enjoys the job. (App) grocery store staff likes dealing and talking and mingling with people which leads to better quality of service for business. (An) greater quality of service leads increase customers, leads to greater revenue, leads to reinvesting in operations- like same above store now offering delivery-leads to new customers.
(K)he planning for a start up but lacks experience so works in a job-app- grocery story junior manager working because planning to set up own store-wants to know how things work in a store. (An) leads to slightly higher labour turnover- leads hiring costs- new workers new to business culture and operations- training costs- loss of funds for achieving business objectives- slightly difficulty in achieving and also slower work done by new employees because lack of experience working in this store(even after training they still lack ex-workers' 1-12months experience).

[KN] A person may choose to work because the job gives them personal satisfaction, or they enjoy the work.
[APP] For example, an employee working for a charity or welfare organisation may feel happy knowing their work helps the community.
[AN] This satisfaction can increase motivation, as the employee feels their work has purpose which can make them more committed to the job making them productive which increases loyalty and reduce the chance of them leaving the organisation.
[AN+] Higher motivation can also lead to better performance, because employees willingly put in more effort, benefiting both themselves and the organisation.

[KN] A person may also choose to work because it provides social interaction/exposure, allowing them to meet people, make friends, and feel part of a group.
[APP] For example, in a busy restaurant or office, employees regularly talk, cooperate, and build good relationships with co-workers
[AN] This social environment can reduce stress, as employees feel supported by others which helps them enjoy coming to work and improves teamwork within the workplace.
[AN+] Stronger teamwork can lead to better communication and smoother work processes, making the job more enjoyable and productive.
