(KN) One way HRM could help a business achieve its objectives is by recruitment or staffing.
(APP) For example, if there is a vacancy for a job at business A, HRM would be responsible for finding a talented and a perfect fit for that specific role.
(AN) This gives the company more time to focus on chasing more important goals such as capturing a larger market share, meaning the workload is equally balanced between each department of the business, leading to high efficiency and a motivated workforce.
(AN+) This motivated workforce helps rise the productivity to a greater extent, allowing more profit to flow into the business and a larger portion of it to be reinvested.
(KN) Another way HRM could help a business achieve its objectives is by providing free healthcare to the employees.
(APP) For example, if an employee of business A suddenly requires a heart bypass surgery, which is very expensive, providing free healthcare would be extremely helpful and life saving as the employee would have not been able to get the surgery done with their own money.
(AN) This means that a huge part of employees' expenses would already be satisfied with the help of HRM and it would give them a sense of relief knowing that their health is in safe hands as long as they keep working for the business, pushing them to please their seniors to a greater extent and avoid any errors in their tasks that could lead to their dismissal, and eventually the loss of free healthcare.
(AN+) The business, is eventually benefitting from this as the employees' will to reduce errors would mean better quality products, leading to higher customer satisfaction and an increased number of loyal customers.

KN: It can help by recruiting capable employees
APP: Example if the business requires a software engineer for a task it will ensure that the person has a degree in the required subject, good amount of experience, etc.
AN: Therefore this will mean that the business will be able to get its tasks completed therefore will be able to proceed and function. Furthermore HRM will ensure the employee will be able to do it well within time and in the best case even quicker, therefore increasing efficiency of the company therefore improving rate of output of the employee and the business in general
AN+: Hence the business will be able to easily introduce their employees to their plans and will be able to delegate tasks with the assurance that they will be completed therefore helping them to adapt quicker than the competition and complete objectives quickly
KN: It can also help by making sure employee hygiene needs are satisfied
APP: Example ensures the workplace is regularly cleaned, there is no trash lying around, janitors are regularly employed and capable etc.
AN: Therefore this means employees are happy in their workplace as compared to other places due to a positive work environment that makes them loyal hence less likely to leave therefore helping cut down on further recruitment costs (if they leave new employees will have to be hired) therefore helping them to reach their objectives without any hurdles of high labour turnover (and its costs).
AN+: Furthermore it helps them as the employees will be more willing to stay in a workplace that is clean hence will be flexible to working for longer hours aswell therfore imrpoving output of the employee hence helping the business acheive their objectives.

One way HRM can help achieve business objectives is through effective recruitment and selection.
For example, hiring skilled sales staff in a retail company can directly boost revenue targets.
The right employees improve efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and increase productivity — all supporting growth and profit goals.
In the long term, strong recruitment reduces turnover, saves hiring costs, and builds a reliable workforce that maintains consistent performance.
Another way is by providing training and development for workers.
A hotel that trains staff in customer service can improve guest experience and brand reputation.
Better-trained employees perform tasks more effectively, reduce errors, and stay motivated, helping the business meet long-term performance objectives.
Ongoing training also helps the firm adapt to market changes, maintain competitiveness, and encourage employee loyalty over time.
