KN: Firstly a business can reduce the employee turover rate by hiring the correct people from the start.
APP: For example, a business can conduct interviews and assign job related tasks in order to test the capability of the employee for the position he is being hired for.
AN: This reduces the turn over rate for the business as with the right person at the right position their can be less misunderstandings and reduced mistakes. moreover, this increases the satisfaction of the employee and so increases the time the worker may be in the company.
AN+ Moreover the such practises allow the company to maintain its efficient staff which increases the productivity of the company so improving its image as a compnay providing better and efficient services.

KN: Another way a company can reduce turnover rate is by Acknowledging and rewarding its employees for their achievements and contributions.
APP: For example a company offering pension schemes and retirement incentives will have a lower turnover rate.
AN: This reduces the turnover rate as the employees are offered a safe future. moreover when the employees remain in the copany for a longer time this maintains the efficiency and work quality of the business and so improves its image in the market.
AN+: furthermore, when a company maintains its quality and efficency the demend for the compnaies services increaes so increasing its profits in the long run.

KN:
One way a business can reduce employee turnover is by improving pay and social benefits.

APP:
For example, a supermarket offering bonuses and health insurance can encourage staff to stay longer.

AN:
Providing good pay and benefits keeps employees motivated and satisfied, reducing absenteeism and resignations.
It also builds loyalty and encourages employees to work harder, which increases the business productivity and improves customer experience.

AN+:
Over time, strong benefits help the business to keep skilled and experienced workers, meaning less money will be spent on hiring and training new staff, so increasing the business profit.

KN: By providing a healthy and positive workplace
APP: Example by providing ample breaks, keeping good hygiene and by ensuring a positive enviorment between all workers
AN: Therefore this will mean employees social and hygiene related needs will be satisfied therefore they will feel more loyal to the business hence will be less likely to leave. Furthermore this means workers will spread positive feedback to other co-workers or potential employees aswell therefore improving reputation of the business and making it less likely that they would want to leave.
AN+: Furthermore this will mean employees are motivated hence will give better output therefore also improving reputation of the buisness as well and making it a bigger brand name therefore making it less likely that employees would want to leave.

KN: By giving recognition to the employees
APP: Example by enforcing regular awards like 'employee of the month' or 'best employee', congratulating them on tasks, ensuring managers are providing positive feedback, etc.
AN: Therefore employees self-esteem needs will be fulfilled to an extent hence they will be more motivated and hence employees will feel more loyal to the business therefore making them less likely to leave. Furthermore this means employees will focus more on working harder (inorder to win awards etc.) hence will not want to leave as they will be more driven towards their work.
AN+: Therefore employees will feel a sense of connection and gratitude with the managers who praise them therefore will be more motivated to work at the place and hence less likely to leave

One way a business can reduce employee turnover is by improving pay and benefits.
For example, a supermarket offering bonuses and health insurance can encourage staff to stay longer.
Competitive rewards increase motivation, build loyalty, and reduce the temptation to leave for better-paying jobs.
In the long term, this creates a stable workforce, lowers recruitment costs, and boosts overall productivity.[kn] Another way is by offering career development and training opportunities.
A hotel that trains employees for promotions makes staff feel valued and invested in.
This increases job satisfaction, enhances skills, and encourages employees to commit to the business.
Over time, career growth opportunities strengthen retention, improve performance, and support long-term business success.

{KN}One way a business can reduce employee turnover is by improving working conditions, such as offering fair pay, reasonable hours, and a safer, more comfortable workplace.
{APP}For example, a manufacturing business could introduce better safety equipment and reduce excessive overtime.
{AN}When employees feel their wellbeing is protected and they are treated fairly, they are more likely to stay with the business.
{AN+}This reduces turnover because workers are less stressed and more satisfied, meaning the business will lose fewer employees and save money on recruitment and training.

{KN}Another method is offering opportunities for training, skill development, and promotion.
{APP}For instance, a hotel could introduce training programmes that allow receptionists to progress into supervisory roles.
{AN}This helps employees feel valued and gives them a clear pathway for career growth within the business.
{AN+}As a result, workers are less likely to leave for better prospects elsewhere, reducing turnover and helping the business retain experienced and skilled staff.
