[AN+] Businesses will struggle to diversify and will potentially lead to significant losses when demand falls for that specific service.

[KN]Difficult to find Skilled Labour.
[AN] Specialization will require experts and businesses may not be able to find the specific one if their required skill is not in much demand.
[AN+] Businesses will have to bear extra costs while providing them with training and education and will also waste time training them leading to more costs incurred to business.

[AN] Specialized manufacturers may have a limited customer base as they cater to specific segment of the market.
[AN+] This can make it challenging to grow or diversify their customer base.

[KN] Leaning on suppliers can be a reason of losses.
[AN] Specialization can make manufactures heavily dependent on specific suppliers for specialized components or materials and so changes in supplier relationships can disrupt production.
[AN+] This can lead to a loss of great amount of time and decrease in customer satisfaction too.

(Kn) leads to inefficiency (an) when workers continuously perform one task, they get bored, which leads to an efficiency (an+) hence can decrease the quality of the product. Leads to poor brand image.

(Kn) decrease chances of innovation (an) what workers are bound to produce a standardized product. It decreases the ideas of innovation and latest fashion or trends (an+) furthermore, this allows competitors to get ahead and can decrease sales.

(KN) Will be able to do only work they are specialized in
(AN) as due to specialization one can only focus or perform better on tasks given to them according to their skill,
(AN+)hence meaning that the car manufacturer won't be able to do other work as effectively or efficiently than the work they are specialized in.

(KN) Their will be a small customer base due to the demographic market
(AN) as through specialization when the cars that are manufactured will be of high quality or perhaps luxurious in nature, some people will be less persuaded to buy the product due to the demographic market,
(AN+) hence meaning, that the consumer base for the products will be short due to their high quality and efficient manufacturing.
