[KN] A reason for a decline in the primary sector employment is due to the reason of Mechanisation which means that more machinery is available therfore less human labour being required in the extraction of raw materials
[APP] For example There is less requirement for farmer as there is now machinery available for the physical labour they used to do e.g tractor which are used in helping plant crops
[APP]therefore there is a decline in the primary sector employment as more people are switching to secondary or tertiary sector job since it is less required to work in the primary sector and the worker will have higher paid jobs in the other sectors of the working force.

[KN]One reason why primary sector jobs have declined in developed countries is because of mechanisation.
[APP]For example, in developed countries like USA,UK etc, farms now use modern machines such as tractors and harvesters to do the work that labourers or farmers had to do.
[AN]As a result, fewer workers are needed in farming since machines complete the tasks more quickly and it's also cost efficient which causes a steady fall in employment in primary sector.

[kn] this is due to the increase in mechanisation within the primary sector [app] this includes jobs such as combine harvesters on farms which do all the harvesting [an] this leads to farmers loosing there jobs as there no longer needed , business in the primary sector benefit from the low cost of production how ever it pushes workers who used to be in the primary sector to work in the secondary or tertiary sector

[KN] One reason for the decline of primary sector employment in developed countries is mechanisation.[ APP] For example, modern farming uses advanced machinery, which reduces the need for human labour. [AN] This makes production more efficient but causes fewer jobs in the primary sector. In addition, many workers shift to better-paid jobs in manufacturing and services, further reducing employment in farming and mining.

(KN)
In developed countries, machines now do many jobs in farming , fishing or mining.
(APP)
For example, tractors and harvesters mean one farmer can produce much more food than many workers before .
(AN)
This reduces the need for human labour , so primary sector jobs decline as business use machines instead of employing people.

The decline of employment in primary sector is due to invention of machinery. For example, a farm may use machinery instead of labour. This leads to higher efficiency, job losses and pay less wages.
Re: 02 Outline one reason for the decline of primary sector employment in developed countries.
[KN] Mechanisation has caused unemployment in the primary sector.
[APP]For example in a mining business, most of the work is done through drilling machines and the demand for labour has decreased.
[AN] Unemployment in primary sector will lead to increase in labour demand in secondary and tertiary sector which will lead to higher output and GDP.

KN One reason for the decline of primary sector employment in developed countries is mechanisation, where machines replace human labour.
APP For instance, modern milking machines on dairy farms reduce the need for workers to manually milk cows.
AN This lowers the overall demand for labour in agriculture, increases efficiency by allowing farms to produce more with fewer workers, and encourages people to move into industries that offer higher wages and better career prospects.

[KN] One reason for decline in employment in the primary sector in developed countries is mechanization.
[APP] For example, in the agricultural business such as farms the increase in machine innovation and intelligence means machines can work faster and more efficiently than human laborer's when harvesting crops.
[AN]This leads to less need for human labor on farms and a decrease in costs as primary sector businesses wont need to pay annual salaries. In long term, this leads to an increase production of raw materials and increased profit margins.

Re: 02 Outline one reason for the decline of primary sector employment in developed countries.
[Kn] Factors such as improved technology and better opportunity in other sectors led to the decline of primary sector
[APP]e.g. In mining industry modern machinery has replaced manual labour
[AN] Thus this reduces the need of large workforce in primary sector causing people to move to other sectors like tertiary and secondary where employment opportunities are increasing leading to a decline in primary sector.

Re: 02 Outline one reason for the decline of primary sector employment in developed countries.
Knowledge: Mechanisation increases productivity in the primary sector.
Application: In the UK, modern machinery in farming means fewer workers are needed to grow crops.
Analysis: This reduces primary sector jobs but boosts efficiency, allowing workers to move to other sectors like manufacturing or services.

(KN) One of the causes of the reduction of jobs in the primary sector of developed nations is the expansion of tertiary industries.
(APP) For instance, in Japan, speedy growth in IT and technology services created numerous new employment opportunities in offices and software coding.
(AN+) They are generally better than the typical farmer, making more money and being better positioned for advancement, particularly in a nation with an aging population.

Re: 02 Outline one reason for the decline of primary sector employment in developed countries.
KN: Increased literacy rates in developed countries.
APP: In developed countries, jobs like doctors, engineers, entrepreneurs are more common as there are more schools and funds rather than jobs like miner or lumberjack.
AN: Hence increased literacy rates mean that more people have the ability to go in knowlage-based industries mainly tertiary or even secondary sector, rather than skill-based primary sector, therefore people choose those jobs due to better wages and higher reputation. Also these jobs are more available because of government being developed and hence providing more and better opportunities, hence leading to a decline in primary sector employment.
