A QUESTIONS SIR...in further analysis do we have to do adv for business here OR how does employee development lead to less labour turnover

[AN+] This may be possible through the creation of a detailed job description and specification. As a result, the hired employees may be the ones needed by the business and they are less likely to leave.

[KN] Providing a work life balance. [AN] HR department woking to provide employees a work life balance while reducing stress and also increasing efficiency may reduce labour turnover. [AN+] This is because the employees may feel less distracted at work and may feel more committed and dedicated to their work if they feel that they are more valued to the organization.

[KN] Labour turnover can be decreased through having a democratic management
[AN] feedback will be taken from employees and good communication between managers and employees should b e established
[AN+] Employees will feel heard and a valued part of the organization and so labour turnover will decrease
[KN] Fulfill basic needs of the employees like salary, job security and hygiene needs
[AN] employee dissatisfaction levels will be decreased
[AN+] Eliminating or lowering dissatisfaction is the first step towards creating a productive workplace environment

[AN]: if not done so, the workers would look for opportunities according to their skills
[AN+]: therefore, efficient hiring would result in decreased labour turnover as employees would be satisfied

[KN]: follow a democratic management style
[AN]: consulting the employees while making decisions creates a sense of self-recognition for the employees
[AN+]: thus, it fulfills the self-esteem needs of the employees therefore, they don't intend on leaving
