WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THIS AND THE OTHER WORKFORCE PLANNING QUESTION?
KN: Workforce planning is to forecast the number of employees
and their skills that would be needed
AN: Done inorder to allign workforce with business objectives, plans and projects
AN+: If done so than objectives will be made realistic and achievable
KN: Done inorder to ensure busines is not wasting resources on hiring extra employees
AN: When budget is taken care of business starts acting cost effectively
AN+: Leading to an increase in profit to invest in business expansion or bringing in major changes in business with the dynamic environment.

[AN+] Based on this audit the business may plan on increasing the range of skills required in the workforce to fill the gaps.
[KN] Ensuring that the organization has the right people. [AN] This means that workforce planning helps to hire the right people for the right job. [AN+] This may reduce labour turnover and people may not leave if the job they end up in is the one that suits their skill set.
