KN: recruitment is the process of finding and attracting potential candidates to apply for job openings in an organisation Where are selection is the process of evaluating and choosing the best candidate from the pool of applicants to fill a specific job position

AN: recruitment is an ongoing, longer-term process that aims to build a talent pipeline, while selection is a shorter-term process focused on evaluating and hiring candidates for specific job openings as they arise.

[KN] Recruitment is the process of actively seeking out, finding candidates for a specific position or job. [AN] The recruitment process identifies that there is need for a vacancy to be filled. [AN+] This means that the HR department is aware that a vacancy is arrived and based on this need it can take suitable actons.

[KN] Selection is the process involved in hiring employees among all the candidates that have been shortlisted. [AN] Selection is the next step after the identification of the need for a job that needs to be filled. [AN+] This is the process that involves procedures and tests to select the right people for the right job based on their skills and qualifications.

[KN]: recruitment involves short-listing potential candidates according to the requirement of the business while selection is the process in which the selected candidates are interviewed and tested in order to choose the most suitable person for the available post
[AN]: hence, the business gets the most suitable candidates for the open post
[AN+]: leading to an efficient person being recruited therefore, his services would benefit the business

[KN]: the recruitment process only involves advertising the open vacancy while selection process has the final say on who to appoint
[AN]: therefore, it reduces the cost of advertising for the business
[AN+]: hence, they get a productive employee and also save their expenses from exceeding

[KN]:Recruitment is the process of finding potential applicants whereas selection is the process of hiring employees among all the candidates that have been shortlisted and giving them a job.
[AN]: this makes a business efficient
[AN+]: productivity increases
[KN]: recruitment is long term process whereas selection is short term process.
[AN]: recruitment is time taking but effective , selection is a relatively faster process but unreliable.

Kn: Recruitment is the process of advertising the job opportunity and collecting the applied candidates CV’s where as selection is the process of short listing the CV’s and taking the interviews.
An: These process makes sure that the most suitable candidate is allocated who fulfils all the requirements of the company.
An+: Hence an efficient and productive worker is been hiered who benefit the company by his performance.

Kn: Recruitment is a time taking process
An: As first the job is to be published and than the candidates apply and the company short lists the workers for next step of selection.
An+: But the results of recruitment are such that they makes the company happy by there performance
