[AN] F.W Taylor focuses on the labour being skilled at every particular step in the production process.
[AN+] Due to this the output produced by the people increase as their productivity rises and hence results lower costs for the business and promoting effeciency.
[KN] Skill matching
[AN] Every person was hired according to the work needed out of him. Which made it appropriate for businesses as they workers wouldn't be needed to be trained.
[AN+] This would result in less time loss of the business and no disruption at work. So business operations would run smoothly.

[AN]this means the workers will match with their task and increase productivity as they are more skilled
[AN+]this reduces wastage of materials as they are more skilled
[KN]surrounding workers will improve
[AN]this makes it easier for the business to icrease its productivity without having to hire more skilled workers to spend much on training

[AN] This is when a worker becomes the best at what he does. this was highly encouraged by FW Taylor
[AN+] FW Taylor used to figure out which worker was working most efficiently and he used to impose that format on other workers
[KN] skills checks
[AN] a worker would only be hired if he would be skillful and had the skill which was required
[AN+] due to this rule they were able to gain the most efficient workforce

fewer workers or working hours will be needed to produce the same amount of goods In the short term productivity increases like those achieved by Taylor's efficiency
Hiring relevant employees
Hiring the right and relevant people will benefit heavily as a lot of time would be saved and the right recruitment will lead to a motivated employee thus benefiting the business
