[AN] In F.W Taylor theory he wanted that every worker should be skilled in each work he does and effecient.
[AN+] This is implemented in today's world by sending workers to training centres and making them skilled before hiring them so that effeciency could be improved.

[AN] Taylor used to motivate employees by providing them financial incentives.
[AN+] This is adapted by businesses today by introducing performance-based compensation structures, bonuses, or profit-sharing programs

[AN+] This can lead to cost savings and improved productivity.

[AN+] Thus this has been proved helpful for service sector businesses as best practice's lead to increased efficiency and quality.
