[AN] When a worker is promoted to a higher position, their prior position might become vacant. The juice manufacturing process could be disrupted if the promoted employee possessed essential skills or knowledge and was not present in their previous role.

[an] when an employee is promoted it increases their tasks etc. thus leading to increase in salary and wages which business will have to finance
[an+] leading to lesser money left for investment and expansion
[kn] skill gaps
[an] if an employee doesn't know how to properly do the task in their new role it can result in reduction in productivity
[an+] leading to a decline in teamwork and employee will also be less demotivated towards working

[KN] Superiority complex.
[AN] The employee who got promoted may consider himself superior over others hence making others feel less capable of getting higher positions which can lead to reduce in employee motivation to work.
[AN+] Thus this can also effect the quality of drinks produced as other employees may not work with full potential.
[KN] High cost.
[AN] As high position demand high salaries and wages , the juice manufacturer may be getting less profit percentage as more will be used in order to cover such costs.
[AN+] Thus this will lead to less finance available for further expansion etc.
