[KN]: the employees switch from one tasks to another
[AN]: workers are able to cover for a colleague's absence thus the business's productivity is not effected
[AN+]: the employees learn new skill and experiences thus they would also be able to teach the new employees in the future which would decrease the training costs

An: This change wont make them bored of doing a specific task as their activities will be changed and they will also become multi-specialised.
An+: Moreover this will make these employees expert in every task which will increase the efficiency and productivity of the employees as they are now more skilled and experienced to perform those tasks.

KN: job rotation is when workers are assigned different tasks from time to time
AN: employees wont be bored of doing the same repetitive tasks all the time
AN+: employee boredom levels will reduce and productivity will ill increase as they will be assigned new tasks that may be challenging for them

[KN] In job rotation workers switch between tasks they perform. [AN] This may eliminate monotonous factor of performing repetitive tasks. [AN+] As a result, workers may feel more encouraged to work and this may cause efficiency to rise as tasks are now much more interesting than before.

[AN+]:When there will be less or no effect on productivity business will be able to focus on other important things such as performance of employees and point out problems in the organization and make plans in order to find solutions to them.

(An) this is a procedure done so employees doesn’t get bored by performing similar task again and again.

[KN]Job rotation means employees temporarily taking on new positions, responsibilities, tasks, etc, that are somewhat different from their regular positions.
[AN]Therefore, if the current employee of the specific task is absent other employees can take over the spot thus, the productivity of the operation will not be affected. It can also contribute to better workforce flexibility and succession planning within the organization.
[AN+]This will advantage the employees as they will be now multi-talented and it will help the business as its employees are now more helpful in the business.
