[KN]: even the smallest achievements of the employees would motivate them to work better
[AN]: therefore appreciating them on it means that it is a source of increasing their potential of work
[AN+]: thus, it would increase productive effectiveness leading to increased outputs and sustained quality

[KN] Achievement motivated people seek to reach realistic and challenging goals and job advancement. [AN] This means that such people feel encouraged to work hard due to challenges and trying new tasks, as McClelland considered this people to be the most successful. [AN+] Achievement motivation requires job enrichment in order to add challenges and tasks that require greater skills. [AN+] This grows the feeling of success in achievement driven people as they are able to encounter such responsibilities leading them to feel more encouraged than before. [AN+] Achievement motivation continuously requires the need to be recognized for achievement. This itself brings out the spirit to work harder, as being recognized for hard work increases self satisfaction and esteem.

An:employees driven by this Motivation strive to achieve their goals and overcome obstacles
An:+ this leads to job satisfaction and efficiency which helps business achieve organizational objectives quickly

KN: It helps in offering recognization to employees (enefit of achievement or it's defination?)
AN: When enployees are recognized in the organization the feel an important part of the organization which motivates them
AN+: This gets then to be more engaged and focused in the organization thus preventing errors from occuring in the ongoings on the business.

Sir how will we know when to develop a link in annalysis and when to not?

[KN]Achievement motivation is one's desire for self-accomplishment and recognition.
[AN]When an employee is recognized in the organization and feels an important part they feel very motivated which will increase the productivity of the employees.
[AN+]This leads to a better business as the errors will occur not very often increasing the effectiveness of the business.

[An] Achievement for employees helps them feel as if they are progressing in their work and hence, encourages them to work even harder so that they are able to enjoy more rewards
[An+] Thus, these motivated employees require less supervision and hence, they are able to produce a higher quality output whilst challenging themselves

(An) with high motivation now employees would take challenges and tough tasks to further increase their performance level.
(An+) this helps an employee develop more new and problem solving skills hence increases business quality of intellectual capital.
