Kn: a demotivated employee cannot properly cater to the needs of customers
An: a demotivated representative doesn't even approach a customer to ask if help is required and if they are facing any issue which has a negative impact on the customer and they decide to not visit the shop again
An+one bad review eg no assistance and about poor services can cost the clothing business many loyal and future customers
An+ loosing customers eventually leads to loss of profits and sales
An+ reputation of business is greatly affected because of the negative reviews as well

an: for instance, they might lack product knowledge or have an unfriendly approach.
an+: this will lead to customer dissatisfaction.
an+: if customers are not satisfied, they will leave negative reviews, leading to a worsened brand image.
an+: this can result in customers preferring competitors, leading to lower revenue

Kn: Demotivated employees may be unable to cattier what consumers are asking for.
An: In this case, A high quality clothing shop may had already built a strong brand image but due to demotivated employees this brand image may be worsened my the passage of time.
An+: Employees may not handle customers properly and in result they may give a negative feedback about the services and products which may damage the company’s brand image for further customers.
An+: However slowly and gradually sales will will start to decrease and less profits earnings.
An+: And the customers will shift to any competitive brand in the market.

[KN] Low sales than possible. [AN] This may happen if the sales staff of the clothing shop may be demotivated and may not have the incentive to persuade customers to buy the clothes. [AN+] This may cause the customers to not feel assisted and they may not find the right clothes they demand. As a result, they may not come back and the business may lose customers. [AN+] Furthermore, may be a higher rate of absenteeism amongst sales staff if they are not motivated and this may be costly for the business as it may take longer to break even. [AN+] In addition, the fall in sales may reduce profits and investors may choose to invest elsewhere causing the business to struggle to survive.

[AN]: hence, they might not cater the demands of the customers properly
[AN+]: resulting in customer dissatisfaction
[AN+]: increasing the chances that the customer might not visit the shop again and switch towards the competitors
[AN+]: leading to not only decreasing brand image but also decrease in the revenue of the shop

KN: Less engaged employees
AN:Less enaged not collaborative, efficient, interested with business on goings and have a lot of absenteeism
AN+: When they will be less efficient they will be less focused (Does efficiency effect focus? or are both the same thing)
AN+: less focus will lead to many errors with custoners which leads to wastage of resources and time and customers will not be pleases with the customer service and so will not purchase from them again.
AN+:In this way it will be hard to reach bigger objectives as profit maximization is not being done/ business has less loyal customers and so harder to build brand image

[KN]Negative impact on the customer service.
[AN]When sales staff lack motivation, they will not be able to perform their tasks effectively such as answering customer's questions half-heartedly, being rude to the customers, or providing minimal assistance.
[AN+]This can result in customer dissatisfaction and a reduced consumer base.
[AN+]Which can deteriorate the brand image.
[AN+]And lastly there will be a significant drop in the sales of the business.

(An) the employee due to lack of motivation won’t put significant effort into helping costumers and catering to their needs.
(An+) this may result in the business losing costumers due to lack of costumer service
(An+) it may also hinder brand image due to word spreading of lack of costumer service.
(An+) the business will lose out on revenue due to lack of returning costumers.

(Kn) communication gap between employees and consumers.
(An) as clothing is a competitive business and presentation of variety always matters so due to low motivation employee may not be able to convince customers to buy their products.
(An+) as less consumers would be convinced to buy their product so this would directly affect business sales adversely.
(An+) due to dynamic nature of clothing industry with low motivation business may not attract more customers to their brand hence could lead business towards its failure.
(An+) due to low motivation business may loose their loyal customers to orher brands which would reduce their customer base hence squeeze business revenues.
