More delegates.
The span of control is wider, and the manager is responsible for more subordinates.which could cause comuniation problem
Communication messages may arrive faster, but the quality may be poor. That’s because managers need to convey it to a lot of people. And not all understand; each may have its own interpretation.

[KN] If manager handles more employees, gives a sense of increased responsibility & he/she can handle higher workload as well[an] since the manager is given more workload he will feel a sense of reliance and hence will work with upmost efficiency [an+] this would further improve productivity as if there is settled leadership then those under them will also be efficient
[KN] Increased burden leading to burnout /lack of creativity.[an] more work for the managers could rather decrease motivation and influence fatigue [an+] this may result in them slacking off and if the leaders themselves dont work properly then the workers wont have any incentive to either
