[KN] May be pressured to be involved in the action.
[AN] Even if the employee disagree with the moto he still will be forced to join the other members as he is a part too.
[AN+] Thus this may rise stress levels and final pay may get reduce too, as the employee was a part.


[KN] Ones individual need may not be fulfilled/ Lack of flexibility.
[AN] Since the union represents on behalf of all the member hence can result in ignorance of unique need of each employee and so decreasing motivation to work.
[AN+] Thus this can lead to feeling of dissatisfaction hence decreasing the productivity too.

(an) workers might not approve of some certain task but due to being part of being in the trade union they have to be
(an+) and if they aren't they'll lose their pay
(kn) participates in actions that the organisation docent approve of
(an) this would cause problems at the work place
(an+) causing the workers stress

[AN]as many opinions and ideas are past around in trade unions, many on the conflicting side of majority's opinion may be ignored
[AN+]thus motivation and morale is low

[KN]rise in disputes between e.g. manager and employee
[AN]when a part of the union, as your seniors can't harm you through pay or dismissal for technically standing against them, they start targeting you, or picking on you regarding work.
[AN+]thus employee-manager/CEO relationships disrupt, making each of them uncomfortable around each other, etc.
