[KN] this helps employee be aware of the responsibilities and duties he will have and how much reward he will be given for his hardwork
[AN] thus although employee contact doesn't include any statement of employee loyalty it helps establish a clear understanding of what the employee has to do to prove himself worthy of staying in the business
