[an]the individual may percieve less as less commited or engaged inthe company activity which can effec their career advancement and growth
[an+] thus high chances that company miss employee information which might be important for company

[an] this will increase the labor cost of the emploee and also increase in cost of production bcz of which business might fluctuate its prices in order to cover the cost

[AN+] leading to less productivity as theyd have a hard time keeping up

[AN+] increase lack of teamwork and coordination
