[AN+] The overall cost of running things goes up, and it might cause some disruptions.

[AN] Hence good amount of time may not be given to other efficient tasks potentially leading to other strategic initiatives being affected.
[AN+] Thus it may hinder business growth in a sustainable manner.

[AN] if employees leave it creates a bad reputation for the business and hence harming brand image
[AN+] this would reduce the likelihood of high quality employees wanting to chase such a job

[AN] this will reduce productivity and output of the business
[AN+] this cause supply of the business to decline and hence higher prices would have to be charged losing customers

[AN] This means that if a worker quit its job it would create a bad reputation for the business.
[AN+] This would lead towards a fall in brand image.

[AN] the business would have to go through the recruitment and selcetion process all over again
[AN+] leads to alot of time and effort wasted

[KN] During the training sessions no productivity will be generated.
[AN] this means less output created slowing down growth for the business
[AN+] wastes time especially durng crucial times for business

[AN] if the employee left it became an bad impact on a business management and the employee will be reluctant to join the firm
[AN+] so in order to attract employee thy will offer high salaries which will increase their cost and reduce profit

[AN] increase the cost as the salary is also given at the time of training but their is no return in short term for the business
[AN+] thus reduce profit and also productivity is not increasing
