[an] coud result in consistencies in the training process nd some employee might recieve more comprehensive training then others
[an+] they would nt be able to do finish thier work at a given time

[an] as employees are learmning while also tryin to complete their work tis could turn their focus off from important work and strt focus on training

[AN] Things might slow down for a bit or not work as well for a short time.
[AN+] A brief period where work isn't as fast or efficient.

[AN] Sometimes, when seniors give training, communication is not great, and they might not share everything they know.
[AN+] This could make it harder for everyone to understand and learn everything they need to.

[AN] OJT can temporarily disrupt existing workflows, as new employees may need to focus on training rather than their regular tasks.
[AN+] This can lead to a decrease in overall productivity and efficiency.

[AN] Experienced employees may not have the latest knowledge or expertise in all aspects of the job, leading to gaps in the training provided to new hires.

[AN] The existing workflow and working routine might get disturbed.
[AN+] Hence will hinder business growth in a profitable manner.

[AN] Thus the culture of providing info with gaps will continue hence questioning development of creativity and fresh ideas

[AN+] Reducing efficiency and output

[AN] Seniors might not know the tricks to effective learning and leave gaps in training leaving the trainy with limited knowledge
[AN+] Resulting in higher chances of mistakes lowering the quality of the product

[AN] this disruption causes for a shortage of production which may lose out on potential customers
[AN+] this lowers profits and potential grab of market share

[AN] since worker is bound to make few mistakes whilst learning
[AN+] may tarnish quality of work for a short period of time

[AN]so there would be less production so the customers will go for the other brand
[AN+] this will decrease the profit of the business as their is less sales

[AN+] thus this will not increase the productivity of the employee and just the expense of the business
