[an] business might ace reducing revenues and cashflows problem so in tht case business will lower the ork force to reduce the labor cost to stabilize its condiions
[an+] the business woul be still competitive and get saved from losing the business

[AN+] The business may not be able to accommodate all its workers because of the low sales and revenue and may decide to layoff workers

[AN] Advancement in the technology of business and a shift towards capital intensive machinery may lowering cost of production and work faster reducing the need of human labor
[AN+] Businesses may want to achieve a higher revenue and reduce workers to lower labor cost

[AN] The business may be in a hard position in terms of sales hence keeping workforce will do no good rather increase costs, hence reducing it is the best option.
[AN+] Thus it is possible that the business still survives in such condition hence when the situation will be back to normal the firm may increase the size of workforce.

[AN] Hence chances of mistakes will be reduced and productivity and efficiency both will increase as compared to manual work.

[AN] as there is less demand of the products the business fired the employee so that their cost can be low
[AN+] this help to use that money to make product more qualitative so that some sales could be generated

[AN] as machine can produce double the amount of what labour can produce a day
[AN+] so more output can be produce in less time and economies of scale can also be achieved
