[AN] When an employee gives feedback to the managers this ensures that the task is totally understood by them
[AN+] Due to this there would be low wastage thus rising efficiency

[AN] This would make sure that the correct information is transferred to the employ

[AN] In charge of creating and putting information into words that match the intended meaning, while keeping in mind the people it's meant for and the situation.
[AN+] The person sending the message needs to be clear, understand the other person's point of view, and be able to adapt to different communication situations to be effective.

[AN] The receiver figures out what the encoded message and decodes by unscrambling the coded words.
[AN+] Good communication depends on the person receiving the message being able to understand it correctly and reply appropriately.
