[an] the reciever may interpret the message differently from what the sender intended
[an+] use clear and concise language and provide context when necessary
[kn] technological distraction
[an] in todays digital age reciever may be distractedb technology
[an+] consider multiple communication method such as face to face to minimize the impact of technological distractions

[AN] If a message is too long the receiver may loose interest and miss out on important information
[AN+] To avoid this the receiver should be asked for feedback to check their understanding
[KN] Lack of trust by the receiver
[AN] The receiver may be unware of the sender and not be willing to check out their message and ignore
[AN+] The sender can be made known to the receiver or be changed to someone they trust
