(KN) A well motivated workforce is usually very productive.
(APP) For example, if the employees of a car manufacturing company are well motivated, they would want to work harder for the business to gain more recognition by seniors. Moreover, high motivation and the increased will to work harder leads to a massive increase in productivity for the business.
(AN) This would mean more customers' demands would be fulfilled over a shorter period of time, leading to customer satisfaction. This would further lead to a larger number of loyal customers and increased sales.

[KN] A fall in labour turnover
[APP] This means that the business would not have to spend time hiring more workers
[AN] This helps reduce time spent finding an eligible employee and maybe even providing training, helping the business deliver products to customers on time, improving customer satisfaction.
[AN+] Furthermore, A fall in labour turnover will help retain business image as workers would not apply for jobs at a business that has high labour turnover, preventing the business from increasing production.
[KN] Higher productivity.
[APP] A well-motivated workforce will arrive on time and produce more.
[AN] This helps the business achieve producing economies of scale, as the average cost of production drops, increasing the profit margins of the business.
[AN+] Furthermore, a highly motivated workforce will lead to lower defects in the products produced, improving the quality of products, leading to good word of mouth, increasing consumer base and sales.

KN: Reduced labour turnover for a certain time duration.
App: for example if a factory has a higher labour turn over it means that the employees are not motivated.
AN: Motivation allows to reduce labour turn over which maintains the higher productivity, increases creativeness of employees as they are relaxed and happy with their environment and allows the business to compete in overall market on the basis of it's productivity.
AN+: further more it allows the business to earn the loyalty of it's employees and results in better communication and project deliverance.

AN:this increases the overall output of the business without needing more workers or equipment.
AN+:As a result the business’s costs per unit may fall improving profitability and competitiveness.

[KN] One way is through increased productivity.
[APP] For example in a toy factory if the workers are motivated, they will arrive on time, make fewer mistakes which will lead to good quality of toy.
[AN] This would improve the factory's image; it would be increasing sales so more profit generation and can lead to the factory charging additional price.
[AN+] also a well-motivated workforce will lead to strong customer base/customer loyalty.
[KN] Another reason could be improved customer service.
[APP] For example, a motivated worker in a fast-food restaurant may take orders quickly and be polite.
[AN] This makes customers feel happy and respected, so they are more likely to come back which creates customers loyalty. It also builds a good reputation for the business improving its brand image. As more customers return, sales increase so profit increases.
[AN+] In the long run, this helps the business grow and compete better with other fast-food chains.

APP: F.e, in a software company, the employees who feel satisfied with their workforce will be less likely to leave
AN: This will reduce the recruitment and training costs for the new employees
This will improve the teamwork and will make the strong relationship between team members.
This will make the business more stable, as this will reduce the disruptions in the business
AN+: This will improve the business's reputation in the market, as it will have a lower rate of labour turnover.

KN: A motivated workforce can improve quality.
APP: For example, if the chefs I'm a restaurant are well motivated then they will try their best to cook the food above standards.
AN: Due to this the customers of the restaurant will be satisfied and there will be repeat orders which will increase sales, allowing the business to charge higher prices which increases the revenue and profit.
AN+: This amount can later be reinvested on the business to improve their marketing so that the are able to maintain their customer base.
KN2: They will improve efficiency and therefore, reduce loss and wastage.
APP: Well motivated cooks and chefs mean that they will try to prepare the dishes in the finest way possible and not to waste the ingredients. (Like meat)
AN: Due to this the costs of the business will decrease and they will be able to maintain expenses causing efficient resource allocation as the spared cost can be utilized elsewhere, improving overall and financial performance of the business. This helps them to get loans and investors easily and also to hire well qualified staff at the restaurant.
AN+: As the quality improves (repeated), the brand image improves as well.
