KN1: one of the advantages of the democratic style of leadership is that it bring innovation to the business as the employees are also being consulted.
APP: For instance, if the managers of a jewelry shop starts taking the opinion if the employees/sales people then they will be able to tell better what the customers like the most.
AN: Due to this, there will be better decision making about what design to launch, enabling them to introduce newer, better products, which gives them a competitive edge and attracts more customers,
AN+: Due to this the sales, revenue and the profits of the business will increase along with chances of growth and improve brand image.
KN2: Another advantage of adopting this style are that this motivates the employees when their opinion is being considered by the managers.
APP: for example, the employees of the jewelry shop will feel valued and satisfied if the manager consults them before making important decisions.
AN: Due to this they work harder which improves performance, sharpening their skill and increasing chances of promotion. This improves their living standards due to which they become loyal to the business.
