KN: One disadvantage of autocratic leadership is that it can reduce morale because employees have no input in decisions and feel their opinions do not matter .
APP: In defence forces, soldiers may feel frustrated if commanders always give strict orders and never ask for ideas, even when soldiers have field experience.
AN: This can make soldiers less motivated and less committed to their duties, which is dangerous in high-pressure situations where mental strength is important.
AN+: Over time, low morale can lead to poor discipline, higher stress, and difficulty retaining trained soldiers, weakening the overall strength of the defence force.
KN: Another disadvantage of autocratic leadership is that it limits creativity because employees cannot suggest new ideas and must only follow instructions .
APP: In a defence force, junior officers or trained specialists may see better ways to handle a mission, but they cannot speak up if the leader does not allow feedback.
AN: This can result in slower problem solving because only one person the leader is making decisions, even in situations where multiple viewpoints could produce a better strategy.
AN+: In the long run, this reduces flexibility and adaptability, which are essential in modern defence environments where threats change quickly and require fresh thinking.

kn1: one of the disadvantages of using autocratic style of leadership is that there will be limited ideas.
app: for example, in this style the leader alone will have to think of all strategies which should be used, which may increase the workload.
an: due to this, better strategies will not be developed, due to which the decisions taken will not be accurate, which will decrease efficiency and increase chances of errors during the mission which cannot be afforded as lives of national security will be on stake.
an+: due to this the loyalty and trust of the unit may also be compromised as they would not be knowing about their tasks until the final decision, right before performing them.
kn2: apart from the disadvantages to the leader to subordinates may also feel demotivated due to adaption of this style.
app: for example if before a mission they are not consulted for thier opinion at how it should be done which they are going to perform they would feel unhappy or dissatisfied.
an: due to this their performance may be not up to the bar, so the task will not be carried out as smoothly or as planned.
an+: this can decrease the discipline among the ranks.

[kN] limited creativity autocratic style discourages lower ranks from sharing ideas.
[APP] for instance soldiers may follow orders blindly without suggesting better strategies during missions
[AN] thus this leads to reduce problem solving ability in unexpected situations as well as limit strategic advantage over enemies all turns low adaptation of Modern Warfare technology
[AN+] moreover limited creativity prevents defence forces from developing flexible strategies under pressure and reliance on Bridget orders mainly to mission failure in dynamic scenarios.
[kN] low morale state control and lack of participation can reduce motivation among personnel
[APP] for instance troops may feel undervalued leading to reduce efficiency and willingness to take initiative.
[AN] thus this make was higher absenteeism and decrease teamwork as well as cooperation in missions moreover can affect overall discipline if troops feel disconnected from leadership
[AN+] moreover in long term moral issues can weaken national security readiness as well as leadership credibility may decline affecting loyalty and cohesion among forces.

kn] because in defense forces strategies and plan are decided according to the situation
ap] for e.g. if a country attacks with nuclear so the strategy cant be to attack back ,first you will save yourself
an] this will make the loss doubled by autocratic as on time you have to decide the strategy this will be more efficient action to do for good response this will prevent loss held by the attack
an+] this will give a appraisal to the army if good strategy is implemented by soldiers
kn] can reduce soldier moral as they see themself as a statue on the border and dont have their own will for protecting the country
ap] for e.g. a fight on border with autocratic orders low the moral of soldier as the passion ended when they give clear rules and orders for them
an] this could be dangerous for the country as the soldiers will get unmotivated and there focus will also reduce on duty and moral to fight will fall making the security disturbed and less tight for a countrys border
an+] this will make the soldier to dont perform their duty and dont make their life at stake to save the country and they skip there duty
