Explain one difference between the shareholder concept and the stakeholder concept

hareholders are the owners who have invested in the company, shareholders are the people who own stocks in a company.stakeholders are are the people or parties involved in the business activities they are impacted by the business activity.the business manager have to focus on increasing the shareholder value in the concept of shareholder while in stakeholder concept the business managers have the responsibilities to cover different groups such as community government etc
