[KN] Decrease in their bargaining power
[AN] In a trade union, collective negotiations may overlook individual needs.
[AN+] While strengthening the group's position, the resulting agreement might not align with each member's unique circumstances or preferences, potentially reducing individual bargaining power.

[KN] Disruption at work and strikes
[AN] Trade unions may use strikes as a bargaining tactic, pressuring employers but risking lost wages for individual employees.
[AN+] Differing opinions on strikes can create tensions and impact workplace relationships.

[KN] May be pressured to be involved in the action.
[AN] Even if the employee disagree with the moto he still will be forced to join the other members as he is a part too.
[AN+] Thus this may rise stress levels and final pay may get reduce too, as the employee was a part.

[KN] Ones individual need may not be fulfilled/ Lack of flexibility.
[AN] Since the union represents on behalf of all the member hence can result in ignorance of unique need of each employee and so decreasing motivation to work.
[AN+] Thus this can lead to feeling of dissatisfaction hence decreasing the productivity too.

[KN]shaded/ignored opinion-majority
[AN]as many opinions and ideas are past around in trade unions, many on the conflicting side of majority's opinion may be ignored
[AN+]thus motivation and morale is low

[KN]rise in disputes between e.g. manager and employee
[AN]when a part of the union, as your seniors can't harm you through pay or dismissal for technically standing against them, they start targeting you, or picking on you regarding work.
[AN+]thus employee-manager/CEO relationships disrupt, making each of them uncomfortable around each other, etc.

[KN] Risk of Strikes and Disruptions
[AN] Strikes and other industrial actions are tools that trade unions can use to bargain for better conditions for their members.
[AN+] Although this is an effective tool for negotiating, it can have a negative effect on specific workers, who might lose their jobs in the event of protracted strikes, experience lost pay, or have their work schedules disrupted.

[KN] Strain on Employer-Employee Relations
[AN] Intense union activity can occasionally sour relations with the employer.
[AN+] Workers who value a collaborative and upbeat work culture may find it difficult to deal with this tension as it could negatively impact the entire work environment.
