[KN] Increased Cost
[AN] For a juice manufacturer, employee training can be expensive because it requires paying for facilities, trainers, training materials, and the time employees must take away from their normal responsibilities.
[AN+] Small and medium-sized manufacturers might find it especially difficult to bear this financial load.

[KN] Time-Consuming
[AN] Employees may have to spend time away from their regular responsibilities during employee training.
[AN+] Production schedules may be momentarily disrupted by this, which could result in a queue of orders or decreased productivity during the training phase.

[KN] Employee may resign after getting trained.
[AN] This means all the skills learned must be implemented in any other juice manufacturing company thus boosting their sales.
[AN+] Thus this a greater drawback as the time invested etc would all go to a waste.

[KN] Costly.
[AN] Training workers can be costly and time consuming and other workers productivity may be questioned if they are the one training.
[AN+] Thus this will compromise efficiency hence can be reason of delays too.

[KN] high costs
[AN] training employees requires extra effort and time by the business, more so if the training is off-the-job.
[AN] So to say, the manufacturer will not only have to pay for the employees' training, but also for the time taken off by workers while they train, which adds to the business' costs, and hence may lower profits.

[KN] Risk of loss
[AN] the manufacturer cannot guarantee that the workers will stay with the company once they have received the training and become more skilled. Therefore, the business may lose out on skilled workers if they find better jobs.
[AN] to prevent this, the manufacturer may have to offer its workers promotions or higher pay, which will further increase its costs.

[kn] increased costs
[an] as training employees will have its expense because it requires extra effort and trainers who will teach the variety of skills
[an+] thus decreasing the amount of profit business has to invest into juice manufacturing raw materials and products etc.
[kn] time consuming especially if its off the job training
[an] employees while training will not be actively participating in making products for the business thus wasting time
[an+] which can divert customers into finding substitutes thus decreasing brand image

[KN]costs involved
[AN]This expenditure might strain the company's financial resources.
[AN+]leading to concerns about the training's cost-effectiveness.

[KN]Employee Turnover and Retention Concerns
[AN] High turnover rates could result in the loss of skilled employees and potential disruptions in the workforce.
[AN+]if employees leave soon after being trained, the company might struggle to retain the value generated from those training efforts.
