[KN] Overlooking External Talent
[AN] By promoting from within the organization may pass up the chance to hire outside applicants who might be more qualified for the job and bring in new ideas and perspectives.
[AN+] This may hinder creativity and make it more difficult for the business to adjust to shifting market conditions.

[KN] Loss of a Skilled Employee
[AN] When a worker is promoted to a higher position, their prior position might become vacant. The juice manufacturing process could be disrupted if the promoted employee possessed essential skills or knowledge and was not present in their previous role.
[AN+] There can be further expenses associated with hiring and training a replacement for the promoted employee.

[an+] leading to lesser money left for investment and expansion
[kn] skill gaps

[KN] Superiority complex.
[AN] The employee who got promoted may consider himself superior over others hence making others feel less capable of getting higher positions which can lead to reduce in employee motivation to work.
[AN+] Thus this can also effect the quality of drinks produced as other employees may not work with full potential.

[KN] High cost.
[AN] As high position demand high salaries and wages , the juice manufacturer may be getting less profit percentage as more will be used in order to cover such costs.
[AN+] Thus this will lead to less finance available for further expansion etc.
