PS: The 2nd KN explains that external trainings are Industry based in order to get max number of trainees. Such training is not tailor made to address specific issues of one company. For example, trainers might explain how to use an accounting software but will not give training for the one used in company.

[an]businesses which are small find difficult to fulfill this cost and here is also a risk that employee left after getting the training so high chance that business would loose efficiency
an+] thus bcz of this business might take the loan to switch to machinery bcz of low loyalty of employee

[kn]chances that employee loose motivation
[an]when training of the site the employee may feel disengaged to work in his environment and another reason could be that training could not involve in their daily task and employee may find difficult for gaining practical knowledge
[an+]which will loose his confidence and he wuld rather choose to leave

[AN+] so this would negatively affect the business as the workforce would not be trained according to the business requirement

[AN] A small business may not be able afford such training leaving its workers poorly trained
[AN+] Many workers may leave after getting training giving no benefit to the business

[AN] To attract more people to get training it would be possible to leave out the specific needs of the business and make it basic

[AN] this may turn out to be cost inefficient as the productivity of the employee even after the training may not match the costs that were spent
[AN+] this causes for an opportunity cost where that same cost couldve been used elsewhere for e.g investment on better machinery

[AN] this may not match the company requirements and sometimes the USP the company holds may not exist anymore due to the product not being the same
[AN+] this leads to worsened brand image of the company

[AN+] thus to attract them they will offer high wages which increase their cost further.

[AN] the will not according to the company want which will create confusion in the production process as they cannot make their quality sustained

[AN] Thus these expenses may put financial burden on the firms shoulders and if employee leaves, the time invested would all go directly to bin.
[AN+] As a result the business may lack behind from its competitors hence instability would occur.

[AN] Thus as a result training content might not align perfectly with the company's goals hence hindering the effectiveness of training.

Higher training fee costs
[AN] This could prove to be inefficient financially since the worker's output even following the training might not justify the expenses incurred.
[AN+] because of this, there is an opportunity cost since the money could have been spent on better machinery

AN] It might be a waste of time and money to provide training that doesn't specifically meet the needs of the business.
[AN+] Workers could find it difficult to apply general training concepts to resolve practical issues the business faces, which could cause delays and inefficiencies.
