[KN] Low labour turnover. [AN] This means that the fast food restaurant may have less number of workers leaving its restaurant as thy may feel a part of the business through higher participation. [An+] This may be achieved by the business through job enrichment as it involves opportunities for workers to be consulted. As workers may become more involved in the decision making such as menu for the food, they may feel more important to the restaurant. [AN+] Moreover, job enrichment also provides opportunities for teamwork, this may lead to more social satisfaction due to being able to participate in group projects. [AN+] As a result of such activities, the participation of workers in business decisions and tasks mat make them feel more valued to the food restaurant and reduce chances of them leaving the business. Therefore, recruitment costs may also fall for the business.

Kn: builds good relationship between management and employees
An: It increases employee's efficiency and they can produce quality products and services for the customers eg if one worker isn't available another worker can do the job on their behalf eg taking order
An+: this will avoid customer issues as they will be getting their order on time
An+ less customer complaints improves the brand image of the fast food restaurant
An+Along with good reputation good reviews from customers will increase the restaurants popularity and eventually the sales and profits

[KN]When workers are actively involved in decision-making and have a say in their daily tasks and responsibilities, they feel a greater sense of empowerment and autonomy.
[AN]This involvement can lead to increased job satisfaction as employees have a sense of control over their work.

[AN+]As there is low labour turnover, the requirement cost of the new employees will also be reduced.

[AN]: the involvement of the employees in the important decisions fulfill their esteem needs
[AN+]: thus, the workers are engaged to the rextaurant and take it as an opputunity to show they are responsible
[AN+]: they have greater knowledge about the operations taken place in the restaurant therefore the workers can be used to make better decisions for the restaurant

[An] Employee relations with the management and altogether as a team, help increase a worker's productivity and help find out cost-saving ways which could benefit the restaurant while not compromising on the quality of the fast food.

(An) as workers would be allow to give their inputs so they would be motivated and new ideas and strategies could be identified like new recipes for customers or new style to serve their customers.
(An+) new ideas could become the uniquness of the restaurant which would help business attract more cunsumers hence would increase their customer base.
(An+) motivated workers would stay loyal towards the restaurant and are unlikely to leave their job hence reduces businesses labour turnover.
(An+) new recipes and ideas would create a strong brand image of restaurant in fast food industry which is a main element of business success.
