KN: Employees may be at different stages of development and maturity in their roles, requiring different levels of guidance and support from their manager.
AN: This can be done by keeping a better picture of each employee to test their capabilities and record their performance management through observations.
AN+: When this is done each employee is treated in the way to which there performance can be kept high, leading to high productivy and better outcome from each employee.
AN+: When there is high productivity there is more output (and goods can be bought in bulks?)
AN+: More output can increase chances of business achieving objectives like sales maximization and thus getting a better share of the market.

[KN]: managers might have to change their management styles depending upon autocratic and democratic employees
[AN]: both , democratic and autocratic employees can not be treated in the same manner.
[AN+]: the autocratic employees need to be monitored whereas democratic employees are innovative and innovative employees do not like supervision
[AN+]: democratic employees like accommodate their work according to their level of comfort whereas this option can not be given to autocratic employees
[AN+]: managers would have to deal each employee according to their nature .

[KN] Adapting to the needs of employees [AN] Employees are unique and may respond differently to different management styles. [AN+] This means that some employees may work better under a more autonomous leadership style, while others may require more guidance and supervision. [AN+] Therefore, through different management approach, a manager can cater to the individual needs and preferences of their team members. [AN+] This may lead to increased motivation and productivity as workers may feel that the way in which the work the best is valued and recognized by the organisation.

[KN]: managers might need to change their management style according to the requirement of the employees
[AN]: some employees might need supervision but some might prefer feedbacks and conversations with the managers
[AN+]: thus, consulting them the way would reduce the efficiency on one of the two employee departments
[AN+]: so it is necessary for the managers to be flexible in order to compensate with the employees
[AN+]: it would help reduce the labour turnover as workers would be satisfied by their tasks and how they are being supervised and managed

(kn)managers might have to adopt different styles of management due to different mindsets and skills of the employees.
(An) different employees cannot be treated in the same manner.
(An+) autocratic leaders take all decisions whereas democratic leaders encourage participation in decision making.
(An+)autocratic workers are given only limited information about the business whereas democratic workers are given information about the business to allow full involvement.
(An+)therefore different workers are dealt in different different ways and so more amount of output is produced, number of employees will also be increased.

KN: a manager needs to adopt different management styles to deal with uncertainty in business
AN: a democratic leader has to change to another leadership style because of new challenges that arise
AN+ the employees still need a supervisor regardless of them being the one taking decisions to deal with difficult issues
AN+ so in order to find quick solutions to problems managers sometimes have to switch to autocracy ,laissez faire or paternalistic leadership style or the opposite in other situations
AN+ when employees are aware of this they wont feel unappreciated but valued
